At Elite Flooring, we offer a full commercial flooring service beginning with a free of charge estimating service. We are happy to work with end users or alongside main contractors to help with flooring specifications and quotations.
DPM: We can arrange for a free independent moisture inspection of subfloors to determine if a liquid Damp Proof Membrane is required prior to latex.
Preparation: We undertake all subfloor preparations whether timber or screeded subfloors.
We supply and fit a vast range of contract flooring classified into;
Carpet Tiles & Carpet
Our extensive range of contract carpet includes tiles and rolls from manufacturers such as Desso, Heckmondwike, Interface, Danfloor and Forbo.
Vinyl & Safety Flooring
We offer a vast selection of heavy duty PVC flooring, including slip resistant vinyl, from suppliers such as Polyflor, Altro, Tarkett and Gerflor, all which we can fit with cap and cove if required.
LVT
LVT ranges such as Karndean and Amtico provide a stylish alternative to PVC flooring with authentic textures and details of real woods and natural stones whilst providing heavy duty qualities for modern commercial developments or refurbishments.
Nosings
Available in a vast selection of colours and pattern designs, including wood, stone along with vibrant colours. These can be fitted either up to existing skirting or can be laid coved up the walls by 150mm to offer a waterproof finish, but wall prep may be required.
